Seasonal service contract

For clients looking to have their snow cleared, we offer cost effective seasonal contracts with flexible options to fit the needs of the season ranging from snow fall triggers to scope of service. We customize contracts for each property as they are all unique. Seasonal contracts are set up from November 1 to April 30 of each year.

Commercial or Multifamily unit properties

Walkway with city sidewalk – $155
Single garage with city sidewalk – $169
Double garage with city sidewalk – $179
Oversized or Triple garage with city sidewalk – $205
Corner lot with city sidewalk around, add additional $30 to the above listed pricing
Backyard pathway clearing, add additional $45 to the above listed pricing
Deck or Patio clearing, add additional $45 to the above listed pricing

Residential contract pricing includes the following
-unlimited monthly visits
-use of traction material and ice melt where needed
-ice management during warmer weather periods

Per service call pricing

For clients going on vacation, dealing with heavy snowfall or for this who just need a break from shoveling. We provide on call service when clients require giving flexibility.
